Becoming a mother, whether it is for the first time or the fifth begins a lifelong journey that can be exhilarating and exhausting! Mother to mother is an opportunity to come connect with other woman on a similar journey where you can bring your whole self, and your little one if you wish, to connect, learn and grow. I offer a weekly touchpoint on Saturday mornings with snacks, tea and a cozy atmosphere, mixed with a bit of education and a whole lot of love. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Anna brings specialized education in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMAD’s), her own experience as a mother of 2 and a decade of group facilitation skills to make this a safe and supportive environment for women from all walks of life. This group will typically include a mindfulness exercise, check in, topic of the day and intention setting for the week ahead. All mothers are welcome.
