For years we have been searching for a solution that helps clients not just treat their chronic pain and pelvic floor dysfunctions but instead delivers lasting results to heal and strengthen their bodies. We were looking for a program that did not focus on achieving some physical aesthetic but instead focused primarily on restoring function and breaking compensation patterns to provide whole body strength, mobility, length and support. Restore Your Core is a method that retrains our core and pelvic floor muscles to be functional, reflexive, responsive, and supportive of our whole body.
