Then this group is for you! We will spent an evening together taking a closer look at how and why emotions are impacted during pregnancy and the postpartum period, engaging in self reflection, and then will go hands on creating a "toolbox" you can fill with affirmation cards, permission slips, an essential oil rollerball and a new perspective on yourself. Women in any stage of pregnancy are welcome, regardless of how many kids you may have had prior.
