Lactation expectations and realities in the first week
Breastmilk safe storage and handling
When/how to incorporate bottling and pumping
Common pitfalls and strategies to have your most successful nursing journey

COST INCLUDES: Pregnant person + birthing partner
Refunds/Cancellations: Canceling your reservation 8 or more days in advance results in a 100% refund, minus a $50 administration fee. Canceling 0-7 days in advance results in no refund, although you may transfer your registration to a future offering of the same class, if available.
**A minimum of 3 students is required to run any class. You will be notified if minimums are not reached and private classes will be offered. birthED will never leave you without education!
